How do I invite friends to join the site?
It is very easy to invite friends. simply click on the invitation banner. You can either forward to your
friend the link that you can find on "my account" page. You can also enter a friends e-mail address
or directly upload a contact from the address book of your gmail, hotmail or yahoo account.
(remember you will receive 10 for each friends first confirmed booking.
Where do I see my friends?
It is very easy to check on your friends: you will find them in the "my friends" section.
If I invite a friend, when will I get my gift credit?
You will receive your credit once the friends you have invited, book something on Hotelyo.
How do I change my account information?
It is very easy to change your account information. simply click on the "my account" section of the
website. Do not forget to save when you are happy with your changes!

How do you calculate the discounts?
The discounts are calculated using the rack rate that is the official rate of the hotel.
Are the shown prices per room or per person?
Usually the amount displayed refers to the price per room per night.
What is the price for children?
Our offers concern double rooms. Children rates depend on hotels. You can contact our
Customer Service for more informations at info@hotelyo.com.
Is it possible to reserve as well flights with Hotelyo?
Our offers concerns exclusively hotels; if a flight is included you will find the information
directly inside the offer.
What should I do if I want to add an extra bed in my reservation?
The availability of extra beds depends on hotels. You can contact our Customer Service for
more informations.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior the arrival date. The amount will be refund
as a voucher that you can use for your future reservation on Hotelyo during 6 monthts after receipt.
Why do I receive the newsletter in Italian?
This issue may be caused by a wrong setting in your account. You should simply check which
country you have selected in the "My account page".
How can I pay my reservations?
Hotelyo accepts Credit and Prepaid Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). If you have
to pay a consistant amount it is possible to make a bank transfer. Please contact our
Customer Service at info@hotelyo.com.
